He’s effective in communicating with owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and lending institutions through hands on management. He is a proud husband and father to three beautiful children. He’s active in his community, serving on two boards, volunteering at the local food bank, and feeding the homeless. Though he doesn’t have much spare time, he spends it keeping up with development in the area, as that’s his passion. |

Dawn Gunti moved to Jacksonville when she was 7 years old. She attended school in Orange Park and graduated from Orange Park High school, furthering her education at the University of North Florida. Dawn has a background in the retail business as a professional clothing buyer for two major retail establishments. Though she started her real estate career in 2003, she took a short break to focus on her family and is now back to proudly serve all your real estate needs.Dawn is a proud wife and mom to 2 children.
